John Adamson
It is with regret that we announce that one of our main helpers, and keen clay shot, John Adamson of Middleham passed away in January 2025. We will be running a “Down The Line / DTL ” Pool shoot in his memory and in aid of Herriot Hospice.
Herriott Hospice
Established by local people in Northallerton in 1992, Herriot is the local hospice care charity supporting people affected by terminal illness across the Hambleton and Richmondshire districts of North Yorkshire.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance
Yorkshire Air Ambulance is are an independent charity and receive no funding by the government or the NHS. It is the generosity of their supporters that keeps their helicopters soaring high and their life-saving missions possible.
Coverham Church
Holy Trinity Church in Coverham was once the main parish church for Coverdale. It remains a much-loved place for reflection, remembrance and celebration. Friends of Coverham Church (FCC) charity helps to look after the church, including maintenance of the church and churchyard, as well as organising events (concerts, plays, local history talks, etc) open to the general public.
